I been digging around on the web this afternoon.  The Oticon website - the brand I mentioned above - shows that a ENT office in my parent's local is also a dealer for the Oticon brand.  Also, looking at the Phonak's that Stetts mentioned, I found an audiologist which is not too far from my parent's home, which sells and services the Phonak's.

So, I am wondering if I should steer my Mom towards an ENT specialist, or towards the audiologist's office.  Not saying the original business is not competent, but.... I just don't know.
