A little advice , (please , Dont take this as a smart @ss comment).
I would not mess with the govenor on an old detriot , too many things could go wrong , #2 You have cast heavy duals and rice tires ,the diff might give up .
That is a real neat old tractor , id love to have it myself ,id hate to see it blown up on a pulling track .
