If you have some sort of documentation you'll have a leg to stand on......otherwise chalk it up to education.
Documentation would be application maps, invoices and reciepts,plus interest.
On a couple of deals they even payed Pro-rate on tile.....
In the end..it's all going to depend on what's in your contract....and if you had the forthought to put in provisions....
