not sure you can or have the right to get money back, if you did this on your own free will to better your crop next yr, but knew it mite be sold then you should have talked to the landlord before you spread, so in this case it wouldn't be a ? now. but that is why most around here get soil test done before and after renting new dirt, it lets the land owner know whats going on and not just cashing checks.
