it was just an extreme example to make my point that the revenue on the bushels you raise is actually never guaranteed because insurance doesn't care what you sold it at, just what you could have sold it at during the harvest price period. Insurance does guarantee you revenue on the bushels you don't raise and that guarantee rises as the harvest price rises above the starting price.
