 | CRJ, if you have a total loss and want to stick with your original revenue guarantee instead of the new, higher revenue guarantee that is given when the harvest price goes up, be my guest and send the extra money back to them. You specifically said that the revenue guarantee never goes up, but it does, you are wrong on that point.< 
 If he had no bushel loss and the price goes up, he has no revenue loss because he can sell the crop for more money. The only way your concerns for him could be justified is if the insurance company was asking him what he sold his crop for and we know that they don't, so how could he ever think he was going to have a revenue loss when the price goes up and he produced enough bushels? His math example speaks for itself, he was not confused.
