Alton, Ia
Maybe on the drainage, but if it's not drained, and can't grow a bumper crop, I'm not sure how it can be the "best". Kinda like me saying, well, even though this ground wasn't terraced 40 years ago, AND even though we plowed straight up and down, ours is the best.

I'm not convinced CSR is that concrete either. I would really like to see a "hundreds of acres" type study looking at CSR's comapred to yields. Maybe it does correlate, maybe not, just would like it confirmed.

I did not do FPS, too much going on. Had a busy Sept. planned already, now with early harvest getting really rushed. Just this morning saw a corn field opened up North of Le Mars. Would have loved to go, but couldn't. I seem to have no problem spending my machinery allowance anyway, whether I go to these shows or not.

Maybe Clay county. Take care.
