Ours was the same way. Green stalks, green leaves, almost every ear still upright and moisture running only in the upper 13's to 16%. In our case, weight had nothing to do with it as we had the best test weight we have ever had. TW ran 60 lbs plus with some over 61#. As someone else said, I was told that the ears on these newer varieties tend to stay upright moreso than they used to.
