You guys in IN are really that high on N out there and that low on P & K out here its more like 260#N and 70-90# P & K. Was also wondering why the exrtemely high seeding rates. We plant 1 million - 1.3 million seeds/acre which usually figures out to around 90-100#/acre on WWHT. Our seed cost is running $8.00/bu for certified seed this year, or about $12.00/acre, don't know how that is so bad.
How do guys make money buying wheat seed?
