The base genetics for 61-21 is 61-19. I'm a Dekalb dealer and also a farmer but I never did think 61-19 was that great so when I heard they made it into SS I wasn't to excited. I sold some 57-67 SS to a customer and it looks very good. I'm not sure I would be so quick to blame the SS technology, it can only be as good as the genetics.
