160 acre calhoun county farm sold for $7125 an acre, avg csr of around 80 so it brought $ 89.05 a point
but per tillable acres were only 152.5 so that equals $7475/tillable and $93.75 a point
WOW if you had a million dollars in the bank that still won't buy a quarter section of farmground
land value?
