I plant certified seed for part of our acres to reuse the next year and I also like to mix some certified in the drill if the germ on the year off stuff is not real good. I also think that certified out yields my year off seed but probably not enough to pay for the complete seed difference. Like you said your wheat still is not free and there are costs in the cleaning also.
How do guys make money buying wheat seed?
