If you have bugs in the bin they will not go away. You can put them to sleep by cooling the corn way down( I think below 50 degrees).
Most times bugs in the bin means moisture in the bin. If you did not move the bugs into the new bin while moving old corn out of another bin into it, look for a leak in the roof or moisture coming in a sidewall some how.
Could you have gotten moisture in your unload auger and that's where they are/were? And not in your bin?
