Northern Idaho
In the palouse of northern Idaho a bunch was sold a few years ago averaging $1500-1600/acre farmland and some more in the better part of the palouse going for $2000-2500/acre. Otherwise not much sold in the past twenty years, locally prices on a neighbor selling this year is $1350-1600.
