SC | Depends on where you are and when it got planted......some of the first run and first planted early day corn on gravelly ground is running about 150-180 bu at anywhere from 14-17%. Later season corn is still in the low 20's moisture range but dry yields on the later day stuff looks encouraging. As a comparison yields are just slightly above avg. Test weight kinda stinks though, teetering with 53-55 lb range. If we keep hot, windy and less humid this stuff is going to dry extremely fast in the field. | |
