$55-70 csr point around SE Iowa seems pretty common yes some much higher depending on nieghbors. Like stock market, timing and economy seems to be everything. Right now several hundred acres a sitting nearby without any buyers because their overpriced. Three years of heavy spring rains and bad planting seems to have slowed some of the big boys down. Equity lets a guy buy alot but only cash pays it off
