I live in an area where some of the farm land is suitable for seed corn, tomatoes and other veggies,plus a few guys still grow some tobacco. Rotation for tomatoes is becoming a problem for those growers and they need more land base. It is not uncommon for them to rent ground for tomatoes for $750.00 an acre
land value?
