Subject: Re: land value?

Martinsville, Ohio
Renting it as a tenant you bet I figure the fertility to figure my cost vs my net profit. I have never been accused of running down ground but have built up too many farms for others to get outbid later.

Renting it as a landlord, I would sure want to try and make sure its in a good of state of fertility at the end of the contract as when I started.

Buuing it, the numbers have all changed the past few years. Lot os corn will gross 800 or better and some guys can do that for less cost than others. The value of land is keen in agriculture right now but many can't or won't buy it but rent it.

I guess everyone has their own set of numbers but many can't figure how some are buying and renting land at the figures we see?
