Does anyone factor in fertility when they decide on what to pay/charge to rent land? Seems like if I have some really fertile land that is to be rented out, I might want to make sure that fertility doesn't get mined.
Buying:
How long does it take to pay back that $3,000 - $10,000/acre land in that other thread? Seems like yo;d need to develop a subdivision off of it to make it pay. | |
