Could be I don't know. We don't burn out stubble here and don't know to many people who do. I've been seeing plumes of smoke rise up in the distance towards Mayfield. Their is some farmers who burn off wheat stubble in front of beans but that is all I know of around here.
Maybe I can ask my wheat tech guy tomorrow.
