That has been the closing average about all year, they are asking more but they aren't getting it. This is not your Class I land but it may contain some.
I am sure good Class I land would bring more but there isn't much of it here and if there is, it isn't for sale or I am not aware of any.
Several 100 acre farms for sale around me if you are interested.
