NO insurance company will let a commercial operation spray someone else's chemical. Just too much liability.
Beg your pardon? I don't think any of the crop dusters around here are also chemical dealers. Okay, one that I can think of, sixty miles East of me. The one I use, when I can't get it done myself, certainly doesn't have a problem spraying whatever chemical I provide, whether I bring it on my own truck or have it delivered directly from a supplier. I think you might be mistaken on this point.
