N IL | The problem with taking a written bid to the locals around here is that they get pouty and pissy about being just 3 or 4 dollars a gallon or more difference and they say they can't move because thier superiors won't let them because they need thier profit margin. In my opinion many locals have way too much overhead anyways and could be more aggressive with that. Shoot, we even have the same company within 45 minutes of us and neither location can have the same price even though they get alot of thier pricing from the "big wigs". Some days it just makes a guy wonder. | |
