Don't know if this will be much help to you.
My sister sold 300 acres at auction in western Iowa 2 years ago. Half was cropped with a CSR in the high 60s. The other half was a combination of pasture and timber. She got $2290/Ac. for the whole piece. Not sure what it would go for now.
