 | Boy that is hard to prescribe from afar, Ryan.  Oats is your cheapest cover around here but all are hard to find right now, more people are onto this thing. 
 One reader is flying on a bunch of cereal rye, radish and clover notill corn next spring in your conditions but farther south.
 
 I will probably plant everything to wheat if the price stays up and I can get the seed, both of which are true today.
 
 What cover would be best in your area?  I am thinking grass?  Can you get a broadleaf established at this time of the year like radish, clover, etc?
 
 Pat in Michigan might have the best advice for you as he has tried a lot of things in Michigan.
 
 You aren't too far from Allen Dean in Bryan Ohio and he has some seed and experience.
