I would like your help on some research. I'm putting together a newsletter at work and was wondering what prices your seeing on land. I'm wondering about some of the "outlandish" prices we have been seeing. It will be interesting to see how it varies throughout the country. The last I heard in north central KS was $1600 for some up in the hills. What are you guys seeing in your area? Thanks.
