| As usual Jay, I have more questions than answers. I wonder, did you change up the depth and closing setup when going from the one pass strip machine to the disked stuff? I ask because the disked conditions will have residue all through the planting profile and if you have trash wheels on the strip machine, it will have a clean soil row to plant into needing a different closing setup at minimum. I think.? Could it be that the see in the one pass strip setup got a bit deep this year? Just curious. | |
