| I talked to my House Rep's chief of staff in MO on Friday. This Congress doesn't have very many days left in it. They adjourn in mid-Sep to come home to campaign(yeah!) and then at some point after the elections reconvene for a short session. Renewing the blenders credit takes a specific act of Congress. If they do nothing, then it expires totally at the end of 2010. Currently, there is no time scheduled on the docket to debate or deal with it. Make of this what you will.
