| I'm glad Syngenta is doing well in your area. Over here in east central Illinois they have no sales force so we have no idea whether they have good products or not. Nationally, they are only at 5% market share in corn while Monsanto and Pioneer are north of 30% in market share.
It will take Syngenta decades with steady growth to reach that level. Their stock holders won't let them go that long. Syngenta's crop protection arm is carrying the load and supporting their seed arm. I bet that won't last much longer. Syngenta will have to divest their seed companies and just license traits to whomever is willing to buy them.
