| I found it interesting now that only two companies now control 71% of the seed corn market. That is the first time in history that has happened. The other 148 companies divide up the other 29%.
So now we have Coke and Pepsi (Monsanto and Pioneer) controlling the seed corn industry.
How does everyone feel about that? I guess I'm glad there are at least two. I would hate to see one control it all.
The soybean market share isn't all that different. Monsanto and Pioneer control the vast majority. | |
