Subject: Question for you cotton growers

Planted 4 differnt verities of cotton this year which is unusual for me. I am hard headed normaly stick with one or two that yields well on my farm till they take it off the market like 912. But last year was wet and had a lot of boll rot and this year under the pivot 100 degree days and dry ass dirt still have way to much bollrot. Thinking i need to drop 912. Are any of you having this problem and i did not over water it. The best looking cotton i had all year but now i am worried about it, and by the way never planted any 924 but it looks pretty good for it to be so hot and dry all year.
