North Central Kansas | We managed to get 55 hundreths yesterday. Heard as high as 1.65. The 55 made huge difference. Milo has really perked up and is starting to fill in the blank spots. Beans look alot better. There will still be alot of bushels out there to cut just not what it looked like at wheat harvest. There are alot of late crops in my area that look like they could benefit from this rain and cooler temperatures. I was in Bennington last night at my sons football practice and it was booming pretty good to the south toward Salina. I would have thought you got more. There is another chance this week. Cooler temps as well. Good luck. | |
