Alas... Rents "here" are reaching $100/acre and the highest "rumorville" yield is 180 on a field two years ago.

We are on what Dr. Dwayne Beck calls the "lunatic fringe" of the corn belt (missouri river). I'd say we are more lunatic than fringe however :)
