It is BHP building at leroy. Not sure that the new mine will go ahead if they can buy PCS. Building a new mine is very expensive from what I have been told, and although they have done a lot of preparatory ground work and exploration they have not made any firm commitments on the really big price items like a water supply or a shaft etc.
