Too late and too tired to do the research tonight, but it seems like they picked up on the lousy bean crop in 2003 way before USDA. Of course that year deteriorated a lot from the Aug 1 report to the tour, just interested to see if we get an indication of something like that this year. For certain the crop is less now than it was August 1, the question is by what magnitude I think...
