PCS, Agrium and Mosaic are real companies.
Recognize that in Sask you could drive a crowbar in the ground and strike potash.
Go get an exploration permit from the province and put "Potash" in your company name and you are no more a potash company than you were before.
The Province owns the resource, licenses companies to explore, charges taxes and royalties and has to issue a production permit.
Once you see a company with a MINE and a PRODUCTION license, then you have a company.
Their "proven" or "potential" resources are meaningless, the stuff is all over.
And Canpotex along with the Province of Sask isn't going to give up their goose that lays golden eggs.
Really get suspicious if Billiton floats a new stock issue to finance the purchase. | |
