Dallas Center IA 515-720-2463 | Got in the Jeep this morning and went where it and my Street Pilot 7200 took me. Pretty smart Street Pilot since the Jeep ended up at the Claas Lexion factory in Omaha.
I wanted to see if any of the new Lexion models were outside the fence, or maybe inside the fence.
And I was in luck.
Near the building was a model 760 on tracks and a 16x30 cornhead.
Down the hill was a model 740 on tires and a 40' grainhead.
The 760 had the stairway and observation platform that I have seen Lexion use at a Farm Progress Show a few years ago. Probably getting all ready for this fall's farm shows.
Inside the fenced-in lot were some of the 500 series combines and at least a couple of the newer models. I didn't do any counting.
There were a few things that I have not noticed on Lexion Combines before. I may be out of touch, but I have not seen them before. In a later post I will cover them.
And nobody can say I stole these pictures. I took them myself.
