Upstate New York | I would have to say not too bad especially both of the 714's are 15 to 20 years old and have been widened from 21 to 27 feet and have gone from 400 to 530 hp in front pulling. There has been broken welds and cracked frames. We also have a sunflower 28 foot chisel and a glenco that has been good with similar results. We have stayed away from purchasing new tillage tools because the amount of abuse they are given. Good used were fairly reasonably priced and available out of state but with the price of new going up so has the price and demand of used. I keep telling myself that I don't mind so much if something is used and gets broken vs. something that is new and needs the same repair. | |
