I know that my Ranch Hand does and I think it is an option on other bumpers whether or not you want the reciever hitch or a winch plate. I like the reciever hitch better because I have a winch that we move from front to rear of truck and even put it our goosnecks for my pulling truck. I have plans on putting a reciever in our drop deck also. The winch is a Warn 16,500 lb., so it is pretty strong.
