A pallet jack will work IF you have duals to pull the tires & axel away from the trans. Little more fun to reinstall that way. IF your bearing ate the axel Deere does have differant bearins availble so you can machine the axel a "few" 1000s. A forklift also works if chained to the tire to remove, makes it a little easyer to reinstall. The older tractors used a lead ball to get things set I belive
