Mike I did our updates without a hitch. I realize that doesn't help you. I'd certainly be calling AL Help line @ 515-232-5363. If they can't get to your call right away, leave a cell ph# & they'll call back. They're good there! I do/did not format my cf card for updates. I just made sure all card data was already on my desktop HD & then completely deleted cf card before downloading update from AL. I do know that the older data cards for the PF3000 series does require special format. But, that's not your case. |
