I don't know much about your particualr systems but I do know that an occasional rub on a bare hot wire will shut down a Raven Envizio every time. Start looking at every wire around and eventually find one that has a bare spot on it that arcs now and then. Bare wire won't affect anything else unless it gets much worse.
A setup like Ed's might take care of the bare wire problem.
