What we do here is buy angus cows of dispersions only. Usually in the 3-4 yr olds. We then breed them to fleckview simmental bulls. Jerry Brink in north east Iowa is where he's at. Get black, black baldy and glazed face calfs. They really do finish out good for us and the packer now knows the type of calves we have and bids for them well.
