| As I suspected Ford is doing nothing about my complaint. No surprise. I sent a detailed letter along with pictures, articles from the internet and the work order for the repairs made to our van. I heard nothing back so I e-mailed them. Their reply basically says there is nothing they can do since the car is out of warranty...I don't care that it's out of warranty...NO car should have a rear axle fail on them. They don't get it and they don't care. There is an article from www.mcall.com dated August 4, 2010 that talks about this same problem that is happening over and over and over. I am totally disgusted with Ford at this point. We've been loyal Ford customers for years. Now that is over. I will never purchase another Ford vehicle EVER. I've also reported this to the NHTSA as well with not much help from them either. Now I'm waiting from the front axle beam to break too... | |
