<p>Did you try removing the battery to allow it to reset ? Having to reset it seems to be a common problem with the BB's, I have had a curve for a couple years now and would hate to be without it.</p><p>Also get a OtterBox case for it, I went thru three phones in under a year and then got the OtterBox case and phone still looks like new. </p>
