the other part about custom i hate and why i am trying to get my own setup is that if they did do a pre emergence for me, then if i had to do a clean up spray they will get the product cheap or free on programs, but they will still charge me. they also dont give me any rebates that the products are offering. they also only spray at full rates. there are many guys around me that are running round up at 8 gpa at half rates and having good results.
on 180 acres, 60 of corn, beans and wheat, 3 pass on beans 2 pass on wheat and 2 on corn, at 12 dollars an acre it is cheaper to get my own sprayer. | |
