The NavII controller harness uses two #10 wires directly to the battery posts. The "hot" one routes directly to the relay that I posted a picture of. Seems that relay is rated for 35 Amps, if I remember correctly. After powering the Nav and lightbar, I'm sure it would have more than enough spare capacity to run the stuff for his RTK bridge.
