She looks as if she has woody tongue. It is easy to cure. Have had it on our place a time or two. Can't quite remember how to treat it, but it isn't hard to cure. I would ask Dad how we treated it but he is gone on vacation and out of cell phone range. Wish I was there. Your vet will know how to treat it if he has treated any number of cattle at all.
