Was the N5, N6, & N7 all that much physically bigger than an L2? I never owned an N but did cut with one for a few days. Never really measured it, but it didn't seem all that much wider than my L. It was shorter.

What little I've researched the 680, it was a lot bigger than the L.

As for capacity among it's competitors; when the L2 was first introduced, about the only thing that might run with it in a wheat field was a 760 MF.
