Subject: There is a better chance at reducing the instance of white mold with no-till

The less you till the less you disturb the spores. When you till there is a good chance you 'dig-up' more.

This would be one practice. but rotation would be another, along with planting a soybean with a good white mold score, using wider rows, reducing populations in 'problem areas', using a newer fungicide that is labeled for white mold in soybeans (Proline or Stratego YLD), or using conventional chemicals to 'ding' the beans a bit to time flowering and canopy at different intervals.
